- burglary protection in collaboration with security specialists
- access control to the archive facilities
- operation of an IT security ICT infrastructure in collaboration with a certified data center
- secured customer portal including a customer login system with multiple safeguards
reviewed and certified work processes:
- implemented processes that meet the highest requirements in terms of quality assurance and information security
- professional, anonymous/neutral archiving of files
- guaranteed confidentiality and data protection
- certified in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality management system and GoodPriv@cy (Berne and Zurich business locations) as well as the DPCO data protection management system (only the Berne business location)
- compliance with the FINMA directives (circular letter dated 2008/07) with an annual revision at the Zurich business Location
