KG-archivsuisse: archiving medical records
KG-archivsuisse is the brand name of our archival solution for medical records, operated in cooperation with FMH Services.
We archive physical and digital medical records and patient files in a data-protection-compliant manner and in accordance with the professional code of conduct of the FMH, the Swiss Medical Assocation. This service is aimed primarily at doctors who are closing their practice or handing it over to a successor.
With kg-archivsuisse you comply with all legal retention periods and grant former patients the right of access to which they are entitled, without any effort.
Thus patients benefit by having a secure access to their medical records after the closure or transfer of a practice.
In addition, KG-archivsuisse offers a scanning service for medical records and thus supports physicians in the digital transformation and the transition to digital file management.
